Room Rent

You can find a common room (have to use common bathroom) @ 500 - 600 SGD. But if you have a friend, you can find a room which can share @ 600 - 700 SGD.

Food

Normally if you eat from outside food courts, you have to pay 3 - 3.50 SGD per meal. So for the foods you have to pay 275 - 300 SGD per month. But if you can cook and your house owner allowed you to cook, then you can eat whole month for 75 - 100 SGD.

Transport

Minimum pay for the Bus and Train (MRT) is 0.71 SGD. If you come for the job by bus or train and if 2 - 3 SGD per round trip then 40 - 60 SGD per month and for the week end travels 20 - 30 SGD.

Mobile

You will have to pay around 20 SGD per month for the mobile bill.

Total 600 - 900 SGD depend on how you stay, eat and where you stay.:D
