You must have an EP to work legally in Singapore. But you can't apply for the EP yourself. First of all you need to find a Job in Singapore. You can find many job vacancies suits for your skills and qualifications though online job sites. After you are selected for the company, EP is applied by the employer and you are not required do any thing. But
getting an EP depends on the educational qualification. If somebody holding a degree which has been awarded by a qualified awarding body, definitely, can obtain an EP.
So what should do is, find a job in Singapore either from Sri Lanka or afer come to Singapore. But most appropriate way is to come Singapore because is very hard to find a job from Sri Lanka.
